Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Stimuli Audit Lab ("Stimuli", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Section 02

Your Account

Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Each account is for one individual and may not be shared.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Section 03

Subscriptions and Payments

Some learning paths and features require a paid plan. Plan prices and billing intervals are shown before you purchase.

Payments: Payments are processed through Paynow. Access is granted once your payment has been confirmed.
Access period: Paid access lasts for the period of the plan you purchased.
Billing issues: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review it.

Section 04

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, redistribute, or resell course content, scenarios, or practice questions.
Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the platform or submit answers.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the platform's security.
Reverse engineer or disrupt the operation of the platform.

Section 05

Educational Content

Scenarios on Stimuli use fictional clients and are provided for training purposes only. Content does not constitute professional, audit, accounting, or legal advice.

CIA is a registered trademark of The Institute of Internal Auditors. Stimuli is not affiliated with or endorsed by The IIA, and completing CIA practice sessions does not guarantee exam results.

Section 06

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including scenarios, workpapers, questions, and software, belongs to Stimuli or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training while your account is active.

Section 07

Your Submissions

You keep ownership of the answers you submit. You allow us to store and process them to evaluate your work, provide feedback, track your progress, and improve the platform.

Section 08

Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.

Section 09

Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Stimuli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Section 10

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

Section 11

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
